    The King Room with Sea View had a fine view of the ocean with beautiful sunsets. Staff in the dining room were super pleasant and attentive. The hotel was clean and spacious. The pool area was nice, with multiple outdoor pools and a fitness center for a good workout. Great variety in food offered at the restaurants.

    The King Room with Sea View was decent. The view was really nice, and the room was clean, but it lacked a fridge or microwave, a bummer. The safe was there but a bit old and sometimes unresponsive. It was comfy enough for a solo traveler, though nothing too fancy. The soundproofing wasn't great, so I could hear some noise from the lobby, annoying at times.

    amazing access to parks and nearby attractions for weekend strolls

    during my stay, I loved how easy it was to walk to both Parque De La Reina and Diana the Huntress, made my weekend explorations so enjoyable, while the staff's friendly service really added to the experience.

    Very tasty, extensive breakfast, you can also have something specially prepared. Taxis are called quickly and easily. We needed an extra bed, this was done prombt and unproplematisch. The Gran Plaza is a huge building, but we always feel very well and personally looked after.

    The location of the hotel is very close to a lot of restaurants, night clubs and shopping.

    The only problem I had was that the ice machine wasn't working since the day I arrived to the day I left..had to go up or down different floors to get the ice
